Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultation on diamond, gemstone, and precious metal pieces.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up and service.
• Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or high-end service experience (jewelry preferred).
• Impeccable communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
