Alyssa Webb plays a vital role behind the scenes at Galicia Fine Jewelers, helping ensure that every part of the business runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention. As Director of Operations, Alyssa oversees many of the day-to-day systems that keep the store organized and consistent, from inventory management and repair workflow to website updates, appointment scheduling, marketing coordination, and the internal processes that support both the team and the client experience.
Known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach, she is passionate about creating structure, uniformity, and efficiency while helping the Galicia team stay aligned and supported. Alyssa brings both technical knowledge and a calm, approachable presence to everything she does, making her an essential part of the store’s behind-the-scenes success.
Outside of the store, she enjoys hiking, cooking, watercolor painting, traveling, and spending time with her poodle. Fun fact: she once worked as a mermaid — proof that a little creativity and magic can go a long way.
