If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Galicia wants you to be completely happy with your purchase and love it for many years to come, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free domestic returns on regular priced orders over $250 within seven (7) days of purchase.
Item(s) must be in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.
Please call us or text us at (480) 421-9688 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization (RA) and a prepaid return label will be sent to the original email address or phone number associated with the order.
Merchandise will be insured by Galicia Fine Jewelers. Credit will not include original shipping charges.
Exchanges cannot be made online. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item should be returned to Galicia Fine Jewelers and a new order can be placed on the website.
Custom OrdersCustom or special orders may have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Please note that all custom orders are Final Sale.
Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost priority. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information, please email our concierge at email@example.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six (6) months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.
ShippingWe offer complimentary shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $250.
We offer expedited shipping 2-Day shipping ($25) and Next Day Air ($50), (Saturday delivery excluded) for orders within the continental U.S.
All shipments require a direct signature and we do not ship to PO boxes. Any and all shipping charges due to bounded or undeliverable packages is the responsibility of the receiver of goods.
