Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.


Return Policy :

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within 7 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. We also like to know why you are returning it, so jot us a little note if you can!

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

Items purchased on the website CANNOT be returned in our showroom. And, conversely, the online return / exchange policy does not apply in our stores.

Special and Custom orders may not be canceled or returned. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods


Holiday Return Policy:

Any order purchased during the month of December may be returned full refund or exchange NO LATER THAN January 5th.

Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition and be sent back to us in its original packaging. Please make sure all contact information - including a receipt - is enclosed. We will email you with confirmation of return.


Exchanges:

Like returns, we will accept exchanges if you send the item back to us, pre-paid and insured, within 7 days of receiving it. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt. You can either email us at info@galiciajewelers.com to give us a heads up, or just send it back with a note explaining what you would like us to send instead. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted.

Repairs:

All of the jewelry in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. Our master jewelers will determine the best way for the item to be repaired. This process may take 2-6 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned.
